ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using www.bikewala.co.uk, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

PRODUCTS & PRICING

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

DELIVERY

We deliver to mainland UK addresses. Delivery times and charges are displayed at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return items in their original condition. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the return.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bikewala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
